We provide fully serviced, fully priced, fully furnished office accommodation – full stop. ALL the costs of accommodation are included in the price: rent, rates, utilities, maintenance, cleaning, security, reception and parking. The only extras are communications (phone, broadband & postage) and consumables.
Unlike normal office space, there is no fixed term lease. It’s an occupation licence. As long as you continue to pay, you can continue to stay - and if you no longer need office space, you simply tell us, and move out. No penalties, no formalities and no lease liabilities; simply freedom to get on with your business
All the offices come fully equipped - with a stylish desk and filing pedestal, filing cabinet, direct dial telephone, and three other connections per desk location, plus a direct dial fax per office, and usually other storage and bookcase facilities. Desks come supplied with basic stationery requirements - a desk tidy, in-trays, stationery starter kit, and a handy guide to the services of the Centre and to local facilities.
All desk locations have four Cat-5/Cat-6 computer/telephone connections, which can be used as you wish - one is taken up with the telephone line, and others can be used for internal computer networks, broadband access, fax machines etc.
The furniture in each office is chosen to be stylish and functional - including oak/grey, grey, maple and beech. We do everything we can to make you feel at home in your office.
The offices come in various sizes, ranging from 2-person to 6 person - some as suites with interconnecting doors.
